Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Below is an overview of our shipping, returns and refund policy. As this overview concerns an extract of our Terms & Conditions (T&C), our T&C will always take precedence in case of confusion or dispute.

 

1. Orders and cancellation

You can purchase Liberty Life Essentials products via our website, http://www.libertylifeessentials.com, or authorized resellers. When you purchase our products via our website we will make every possible effort to process your order as soon as possible. Upon placing your order via our website, you will be sent an automatic summary of purchase. Please retain this for your records.

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@liberty.nl as soon as possible. We will do our best, but can’t guarantee that we will be in the position to cancel your order before dispatch. In case the product is already dispatched, please refer to our Returns section below. 

 

2. Payment

Our website uses the Shopify Payments payment systems for all payments via the Shopify portal. It contains most of the common payment options, both local and international. You can choose your preferred payment option without any additional costs. Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your order is placed and approved by you.

 

3. Delivery

Delivery within The European Union (EU)

Orders are shipped within 48 hours provided that the products are in stock. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time to anywhere in the EU is 2-3 working days (99%) but may take up to 7 working days (1%).

Shipment costs are calculated upon checkout. We will deliver to the address as you enter it in the check-out step, so please be vigilant when entering your delivery address details.

 

Delivery outside of the EU

At this moment in time, we do not ship to any other countries than those mentioned above. This is because local tax and customs duties registration for destinations outside of the EU make it too complex at this moment in time. Where relevant, we might enter specific non-EU markets in the future, of which we will inform our mailing list. Feel free to sign up to stay informed.

Alternatively, if you like our products that much, you can always consider becoming our local distributor in your home country. Feel free to get in touch if you see opportunities to work together.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

 

Faulty products

We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However, in case you receive any items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival, we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please let us know by emailing contact@liberty.nl before you return your order so we can expect your return and discuss your specific case.

 

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange your product(s) if returned within 14 days of receiving it, in its original state, unused, unopened and in original packaging. If you have taken out a subscription, the 14 day period expires 14 days after you have confirmed your subscription. Goods may be returned via post, but please always let us know by emailing contact@liberty.nl before you return your order so we can expect your return. Make sure you share your order number and email address used to place the order.

 

Refunds

Assuming the item(s) are in good condition and unopened we will process your refund or exchange. Unless you are returning a faulty product (see the section above), we are not liable for the shipment cost of the return shipment and will therefore not reimburse you for this cost. Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days from the time the returned products reach us. Once the refund has been processed, you will be refunded the full price of the products within 5-21 business days (please note that refund terms are dictated by your card issuers and are beyond our control). 

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on our websites. You will have to contact the original place of purchase, as when you choose to purchase through other retailers you are committing to their individual terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.

 

5. Monthly subscription

When you choose a monthly subscription of our products you will receive the chosen product or bundle every 30 days. The first order will be shipped as a normal order, followed by a 30 day interval. The payment for you subscription is automatically deducted from the specified card in your account upon dispatch of each monthly order.

Your subscription will continue until formally terminated by you or us. Cancellation or change of your subscription is possible at any time. You can cancel it in your personal account on this website. Changes and cancellation of the subscriptions can be done up to at least 5 working days before the next delivery, or the order will be seen as approved and will be shipped.
